School students protested at politicians offices around the country in the lead up to the federal election, calling for climate action. Speakers called on politicians to support three key demands: No new coal, 100% renewable energy by 2030 and to stop Adani.

Hundreds of people rallied in Perth at the Palm Sunday Justice for Refugees march on April 14. There was a strong contingent of medical students under the banner "detention harms health" and the names of people who have died as a result of the detention system since 2012 were read out.

Tens of thousands of school students along with parents, unions and community organisations went on strike for a safe climate in Sydney on March 15. It was a really inspiring and energetic protest. Here are some of my photos from it.
